RETURN OR REFUND GUARANTEE

If, for any reason you are unhappy with an item you have ordered, you may return it within 14 days, unopened and in its original saleable condition, to our address.

Upon receipt, we will be happy to give you a full refund.  Alternatively you may wish to exchange it for another item. Please note that post and packing costs are non-refundable.

 

Returning an Item

To return an item, please dispatch it in its original wrapping (please obtain a free proof of postage from the Post Office) and accompanied by a note outlining your name, address and reason for return to:

We will notify you by email when we have processed your refund.

 

MISSING OR DAMAGED ITEMS ON DELIVERY

In the unlikely event that you receive an incomplete, damaged or incorrect order, you must notify us within 24 hours of receipt.  In the event of damage to items, you must retain all packaging.  We may ask for photos (where possible) in order to submit a claim to our carrier.

 

CANCELLING YOUR ORDER

You may cancel your order at any time prior to your order being processed (up to 3 working days). Please note that your order may have been processed and dispatched within the three days as this is our aim. You can notify us of cancellation by emailing Customer@botanichealthcare.com with your name, address, and order reference number.

You may also cancel your order at any time after it has been dispatched, but no later than 7 working days after the day after you receive your. Please return the goods in its original condition to Botanic Health Care Ltd, 20, TW9 1XZ, together with the original invoice and obtain a free proof of postage from the Post Office. Botanic Health Care Ltd will refund you the purchase price of the goods.
